Why I LOVE this book

Because diets DON’T WORK and How to Lose Weight for the Last Time, by Katrina Ubell, MD, gets to the root of why we eat for any other reason than hunger.

It answers the question of why changing the way you eat or how much you eat is so challenging.

This book is not a diet, but a mindset shift.

If you can change the way you think, you can change the results in your life.

Katrina Ubell spells out in How to Loose Weight for the Last Time, how to bring awareness to unhelpful thoughts and beliefs around food and provides the tools to create helpful ones.

She shows you how to align your thoughts and feelings with a person who already has what you want, whether that be to loose weight, accept and care for your body, kick your sugar habit, quit emotional eating or stick to the whole food diet you know is imperative to your future health.

Who is Katrian Ubell?

She is a pediatrician, wife and mom who became a certified life coach through Brooke Castillo’s Life Coach School.

She transformed her diet and quit emotional eating (eating for any reason other than hunger) by transforming her brain.

She has a coaching program that helps doctors to loose weight forever and wrote this book for all us non-MD’s.
