I will help you by providing structured coaching, accountability, and support to:

  • Clearly define the result you want and why you want it.
  • Develop goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely.
  • Bring awareness to the mindset that has stood in the way of your goal and the root cause(s) of why you have not made the change you really want.
  • Build a more empowered mindset to overcome challenges and keep you moving forward.
  • Plan and implement a strategy to feel better about yourself now before you’ve even made a change.

What is included in my coaching program?

  • Number of Sessions and Time Commitment

    • Six one-on-one sessions, and Six 15-minute accountablity calls, for a 3-month commitment
    • Twelve one-on-one coaching sessions, and Twelve 15-minute accountalbity calls, for a 6-month commitment
    • All coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length via video-conference or telephone
  • Follow-up and Accountability

    • Written summaries of sessions, goals to work on until next session, and additional coaching advice
    • Email support during the entire coaching process
    • Weekly accountability text from me to check-in on your progress
    • One (3-month) or two (6 month) 15-30 minute add-on sessions at your request
