- Build a more empowered mindset to overcome challenges and keep you moving forward.
- Plan and implement a strategy to feel better about yourself now before you’ve even made a change.
What is included in my coaching program?
- Number of Sessions and Time Commitment
- Six one-on-one sessions, and Six 15-minute accountablity calls, for a 3-month commitment
- Twelve one-on-one coaching sessions, and Twelve 15-minute accountalbity calls, for a 6-month commitment
- All coaching sessions are 50 minutes in length via video-conference or telephone
- Follow-up and Accountability
- Written summaries of sessions, goals to work on until next session, and additional coaching advice
- Email support during the entire coaching process
- Weekly accountability text from me to check-in on your progress
- One (3-month) or two (6 month) 15-30 minute add-on sessions at your request
